Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Progress
Tottenham Hotspur fans around the country eagerly anticipate the opening of the new stadium, and the dedicated construction teams are working tirelessly ahead of the grand opening later this summer.
The club released a progress video on their Twitter account of the esteemed Spurs legend Ledley King giving fans an inside look at the concourse areas of the stadium, where the Spurs loyal spectators will congregate, and hopefully celebrate, for many years to come. In the video, Ledley explains that the floor within the concourse areas is made up with aggregate from the old White Hart Lane – blending the old Stadium with the new. A sentimental touch that is sure to touch the hearts of the Spurs fan base. Check it out here:

Spurs new Stadium seat count rises above 62,000
After the application of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club for an increased capacity of 62,000 spectators, Haringey Council granted the request and set the maximum allocation at an astonishing 62,062 seats. The new Spurs stadium will be the largest club football ground in London.
